Tickets: $25 in advance; $30 at the door. 
 
What: Single select oysters and pizza, donated by Little Caesars Pizza.  Desserts made by the Junior Service League of Summerville, music by DJ Wendell Nolan, and a fabulous Silent Auction of prizes for the whole family

The Oyster Roast and Silent Auction is named in memory of former SPCA President and Board Member Downs Byrd who gave tireless hours of effort and compassion to the homeless, abused and neglected animals of Dorchester County.  The event has raised nearly $250,000 since 2006 and grown from 200 people in 2006 to 900+ in 2011.
