Sangaree Intermediate School drops off donations
Students, parents and faculty of Sangaree Intermediate School dropped off food and other donations to the SPCA this week. Knightsville Elementary School also held a donation drive and brought the items to the SPCA.
 

 
Girl Scouts do good deed for SPCA animals
Girl Scouts from Troop 753 stopped by the SPCA earlier this month to drop off donations from a food and supplies drive they held.
 
 

 
Realtors care for the SPCA animals
Prudential Southern Coast Real Estate realtors brought in donations to the SPCA. We appreciate everyone who thinks about the animals during the holidays. Prudential Southern Coast Real Estate is also a Blue Ribbon Sponsor of the Oyster Roast.  Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at SPCA

The Frances R. Willis SPCA held a ribbon cutting ceremony to dedicate and open its new Four Paws Kitty Inn for cats/kittens. On hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony were SPCA staff, volunteers, Board Members and Dorchester County officials. CLICK HERE to see more photos.

 

 

 

 

 

Congratulations!

SPCA Volunteer Lori Hamilton, owner of the Miles Gallery in Summerville, won third place in the Post and Courier and Coastal Community Foundation's "Thanks for Giving" Essay Contest. The SPCA will now receive a $500 donation thanks to Mrs. Hamilton's winning essay. Mrs. Hamilton and her family have adopted three dogs from the SPCA. CLICK HERE to read her essay.

Presents for the holidays
The Live to Serve church group dropped off holiday presents early for the SPCA. Those gifts included food, cat litter and other supplies. The SPCA Wish List is located on this website so you can download and print it. All items on the Wish List are needed year-round.
